GOP Lawmaker Says 'Democratic Machine' Paid Rioters to Make Trump Look Bad

His claim has been repeated by numerous Republicans on social media but was disavowed as untrue by the FBI.

Just who has he defamed? I agree he's lying to put lefty spin on it...but someone would have to admit to being a member of antifa or a Democratic troublemaker to claim you were in some mysteriously way defamed.

Might also be overqualified as a Repub endorsed higher court judge although from what I've seen and heard about their vetting process all you needed to be was a right wing reactionary zealot to qualify or at the least a sworn dyed in the wool western religious fanatic of a specific persuasion bent on converting every swinging dick and tit in the nation over to their way of thinking by force of the very special way they interpret and apply the Constitution from a heavenly pontificating point of view.
