Prototype of India's own Liquid Cooler

This is the Prototype of India's 1st liquid cooler, it will be going against Corsair H70, it was designed my me in CATIA V5, then i gave the design to a company where it went through a process named "Rapid Prototyping" where it was converted from a software file to a real life prototype,the process used was SLS (Selective Laser Sintering),the cost of a SLS machine is Rs.320,000,000 ie: 7 Million USD ,but i had to pay only Rs.13,800 ie: 300 USD

This part will touch the CPU

The thickness of the block is 40 mm.

What holds the impeller in place and prevents wobble? Most pumps have a lose fitting shaft.

Or is that a direct drive motor?

I have a concern about the water inlet/outlet being on the side instead of the top. I think there may be clearance issues.

If it's a direct drive motor, I wouldn't risk my equipment on an unventilated motor and gasket shaft. There is a reason all pumps used in watercooling have a magnetic rotor design.

Coolit Eco ALC also has inlets and outlets on its side,besides i'll be providing a movable elbow just like Corsair H70,so it won't be a problem.

The yellow colored plate u see above the the motor in the CATIA exploded View is actually a metal plate,so if the Direct Drive Motor were ever to get heated it could pass on the heat to the metal plate which is in contact with Water on the other side,so the problem is solved there.

today i got some free time and was experimenting the power of the motor and it has a head of 1 feet, also this new video shows how quiet it actually is,the problem with the last video was i used a wrong video converter which added noise while encoding,so this time i used Xilisoft.

Well now we know who built the fake coolers for those 920s that got sent out last March.

Yes the video(s) prove the pump works under lower head pressure.
What about some coldplate results?

I like Swiftech's idea too where they put the reservoir and pump right on the radiator. This allows the user to use the block/arrangement of choice.

If I can convince folks that's really a turnkey product like the H50/H70 I may be able to get a real water cooled system running here.

currently work is going on designing the Mould's, so a working prototype is only possible when the Mould's turn out to be accurate as the design
