Protocol Binding in Windows 2000 vs Windows 98

Hello all,

I was messing around with protocols and bindings last night in Windows 98 and Windows 2000. I unbound File and Print sharing from TCP/IP in Windows 98. I went to do the same in 2000, but there was no bindings tab under the Advanced button within TCP/IP. Has it been moved and if so why?
