Yeah I saw that when it was live. That girl was a friggen spaz.

doesnt it make just as much sense to demand a more strict use of spelling in all ascepts of life.
going by the argument put forth, it is just as likely that simplified "advertising" spelling (such as "thru" "lite" "ez") propogates positive reinforcement for improperly spelled words.
so they should picket the local mcdonalds drive-thru.

i actually think it's not a bad point. There is absolutely no reason to have the non-sensical spellings other than that's how it used to be.

Languages change, I mean people used to throw in y's and e's all over the place where they're aren't anymore. So why are we married to the spelling of rough other than how unappealing it looks to those who learned that spelling, to read it ruff?
