boycott best buy? No way, I mean they are giving away free packs of CDR's. Of course you have to send off for a rebate, but you get that money back right? Well do you?

I do not venture to any store the day after Thanksgiving, but I do know alot of people who do and will politely ask them to boycott these stores on that day along with a couple other stores that I have seen mentioned concerning this clear misuse of the DMCA.

So I hear that xxx is going to be $x.xx on xx date and I type that here, I can get in trouble by big companies now?

LOL

I see this going to the Supreme Court and having them laugh at the big corps lawyers for even trying to silence the American Public!!! Does the First Amendment mean anything to these people?

. He is now being interviewed by The Wall Street Journal since this issue has come to a head because of the "Black Friday" ads.

Mods, maybe sticky this as an AT member is directly involved and it has National and Worldwide implications since they are using the DMCA and saying it is a Copyright issue making posting on a Forum a crime? :Q :frown: :|

He was fired for revealing SECRET PRIVILEDGED information. it is a totally different issue.
