If you watch any sort of documentary of a body builder, they eat like 17 egg-whites in the morning. They cook them too. Don't worry about the heat breaking apart the proteins, you're not trying to break them, you're cooking them. It's insignificant really.
They are great source of protein for you, and it's decently inexpensive. Only like $3 a day if you wanna eat 36 egg-whites. LOL.
Although if you really wanna get a lot of protein in you, buy some tunafish. LOL. Almost 50g / can, and it's hardly any calories. Only bad thing is the taste. Put some mustard in there though and it'll slide right down. 😀
However, I think you'll save money and time if you get some protein supplements.
