8oz skim milk, 2 scoops of your fav flavor of Optimum whey in a shaker cup, shake furiously and guzzle. Repeat three times a day if you are bulking.

Make it any more of a big production and it will become a pain in the ass... and you'll skip your shakes.

This is pretty much exactly what I do. I drink 2 of my shakes while at work, so there is only so much stuff I can take with me before it starts to become a real PITA. I take my PWO shake at home, which consists of whey, 5g creatine, and 1 scoop of dextrose (all in water).

my fellow lifters, Grow! is the only shake you'll ever need because it actually tastes good. I've had many different kinds of protien shakes and nothing tastes as good as grow!. with milk and a banana it tastes better than a milk shake. t-nation is where you can get it.

(no i don't work for biotest), just trying to spread the tastiness lol

taste??? only girly lifters need "taste."

(j/k)

seriously, i get the blandest, cheapest stuff i can find.

Eating crappy food when i diet just isnt for me. My mom spoiled me by being a good cook, so when i diet i still eat damn good fish and chicken and stuff, which is why i don't skimp on the proiten, cause i know i wouldn't be drinking as much if i had the "tastes like ass" stuff.

conquering the will is half the battle.

I just mix protein powder and water ... sometimes I add heavy whipping cream if needed for my daily fat intake ...

That's what I do, just the powder and water.

All in all, I'd rather buy my shakes already made.

That rules. Even if I'll never, ever, try that blend.

chili con tuna, or another one with tabasco sauce. experiment.

That is SO rancid man. FAR too hardcore for my liking!

most people just don't have what it takes to do
everything you have to do to lift massive amounts
of iron, sigh.

I can't tell if you're being sarcastic. I eat tuna and drink milk. What's so hardcore about blending it instead of having them separately? Unless by hardcore you mean doing unpleasant things that have no added benefits. Honestly, is there really a point in blending it?
