that's friggin nasty..... take out the apple juice, add 10 g dextrose instead
 
This is what you do:

Peel a banana. Put it on a plate. Put it in the freezer.

When it's frozen solid slice it (you can't blend a full banana - trust me), put it in the blender with milk, sugar/splenda, whichever protein powder you like and blend.

I keep things simple, which is why there isn't much in there.

If you think that you can substitute ice and a room temperature banana for the frozen one, you are sadly mistaken and very wrong. Freeze the banana!

If you want more calories you can put a 1/2 cup of dry oats in. If you want yet more you can add in honey.

8-10oz skim milk + scoop or a bit more ON vanilla whey protein + tsp creatine if i'm on creatine at the time in a shaker bottle = yum
 
You guys probably shouldn't be putting bananas in the shakes ...

I just mix protein powder and water ... sometimes I add heavy whipping cream if needed for my daily fat intake ...

my fellow lifters, Grow! is the only shake you'll ever need because it actually tastes good. I've had many different kinds of protien shakes and nothing tastes as good as grow!. with milk and a banana it tastes better than a milk shake. t-nation is where you can get it.

(no i don't work for biotest), just trying to spread the tastiness lol

creatine is bad for you, all it does it fill your muscles up with water, and one of it's side affects is that u get diareha.

seriously, i get the blandest, cheapest stuff i can find.

Eating crappy food when i diet just isnt for me. My mom spoiled me by being a good cook, so when i diet i still eat damn good fish and chicken and stuff, which is why i don't skimp on the proiten, cause i know i wouldn't be drinking as much if i had the "tastes like ass" stuff.
