And you don't properly lose weight by drastically cutting your calorie intake in the short term, you do it with reasonable, sustainable changes over a longer period. Do a fully honest accounting of your regular calorie intake and reduce it by a couple hundred calories per day or something like that.I have a bit of a problem with food, I currently weigh 240lb.
