Every time I go and buy leather shoes the sales people always push their protective spray products on me. Apparently if I don't spray the shoes and wear them in the rain then they get discolouration spots and can ruin the shoes. I buy their stuff once in a while, but purposely make it last so I don't get nailed every time. Is it really necessary or just a way for them to get you to pay $70 for a $60 pair of shoes?
