This is what you get for selling on ebay. Don't forget tp pay the inflated selling fees. Also, don't forget that you can get everything right, ship to the seller, seller receives item ... but they can claim that they never received and PP will decide in the buyer's favor.

Now the guy says he suspects I voted for Obama so he's going to create a new account and win my auction at the last minute and neg rep me. What the hell is this shit. I hate ebay.

So make sure your auction doesn't allow bids on new or 0 feedback accounts.

You ought to submit his posts to eBay. His conduct is far beyond what is considered alright... especially since at the end he decided to resort to bashing people on supposed sexual orientation.

This is key, especially for collectors.

This is what I was going to add, esp on something like SACD and DVD-A discs. The latter pressings usually had added content whereas the originals were just meat and potatoes.

The original discs are of more value to a collector.

cancel bids
block him
report to ebay
you will always have idiots like this that will rant for nonsensical reasons. I once had a guy who was conviced i was double charging shipping because I listed in in the description. I do this because it's easy for people to see. he ended up going as far as threatening to sue.........?

Like i said...idiot. I reported him and nearly got him thrown off ebay all together.

Yes, report him. Ebay will block him from leaving feedback. He's already tried using extortionist tactics.

That said, people are sticklers about versions. However, IMO if the version isn't specified, it's the buyer's responsibility to make sure it's one way or another. For instance, suppose you're buying a CPU on ebay, but the sspec isn't listed. You get a CPU with a crappy sspec, but as long as the CPU works as described it is your responsibility to make sure the CPU is what you want. Now, if the seller lists a different sspec than what you receive, then you have some ground to stand on.
