Props to Uniden customer support

I spent a good amount of time on the phone with Uniden this afternoon and evening sorting out some issues with my new cordless phone (connectivity and CID issues). The wait times were short (2 mins?) and the staff was quite knowledgeable and friendly (and they spoke english!). Just wanted to give them some credit in this age of crappy CSRs. :)

Actually, now that I think about it, the best part was that once I demonstrated I wasn't a total idiot, they were able to scale up to my level and talk tech with me. I hate CSRs that read from a script. It's such a bad policy.
