Is it possible to get to the clock tower in a car?

(I'll bet that her saying yes will be worth the ticket, and you'd have a 50/50 chance of getting out of a ticket if the cop/security guy realizes the purpose of breaking any laws such as driving over sidewalks, etc.)

Tell her you're going to take her someplace in the car, and it's a secret... have her put on a blindfold..
drive around in circles enough times that she's disoriented... then drive to the clock tower. Park under the tower, tell her to wait just a second,
get out of the car, walk around, open the door, and have her take the blindfold off, while you're already on your knee. Then, propose.
You should have enough time before security gets there.
Then, explain to the security guy that you just proposed... hopefullly he's cool with it... if not... how big of a ticket could it be?

oh oh! Pick my idea, except before you propose, take off all your clothes so you're nekkid.... What a great idea. Don't forget pics. Then appeal to the community at large to pitch in some money to help you with bail and your honeymoon.
