When we bought our house we had sod laid. Figured the sod layers would have laid on the property line, and when we got here none was marked out. Wrong. Naturally we've made a brick lined garden, which I was weedin today. Neighbor comes out (had talked to him once before, he's cool) and chatted for a bit then pointed out I was on his property. By like 3 feet. Now, the other newer houses they've staked out, and sure as hell i am. He offered to help, I said no, no big deal. My mistake. Soooo, guess what I get to do tomorrow. Yep, move and re-sod some 3 foot wide by 10 foot long strip.
Damn the luck.

Damn, that sucks. Have fun with that. And put some stakes down at the borders. :)

Thats a big no kiddin! I have to run by the builders office tomorrow to see where ALL my property lines are....We just planted trees at the back of our "property".....If I gotta move those I'ma be hella pissed.... :frown:

Cool thing was the neighbor was really cool about it. He said no hurry, he just didnt want us to get all our stuff planted and THEN find out.

What does Ken have to do with it??? Does Barbie know that her ex-husband is involved in this and may drag her into this nasty ordeal??? What if the Ken folk demand the Malibu house back? Oh no! And the Corvette could be gone as well! :Q

Eh, it will. He was cool about it, and I understand. Just pisses me off, I gotta few good hours of grunt work cause my lines werent staked and the sodders laid 3 feet into his yard, and I thought they laid on the line.
