Proper grammar usage: Window's Updates or is it just Windows Updates?

If that doesn't answer your question, then perhaps you should go back to grammar school and start over.

are you sure? if we did it grammatically correct he would be right. it isn't, "this is the jones's house" it would be, "this is the jones' house."

i would say that it is possessive since windows is updating itself.

Windows is the product name, its not possessive.

Say you had an Escalade. You go to buy rims for your Escalade. Would you buy "Escalade Rims" or "Escalade's Rims"?

Do you go out to the wood to play? (or play with your wood hehe) But yes saying "The Woods is Alive!" is correct.

Windows is restarting (you see when you restart) is correct - NOT Windows are restarting. 😉
