Well i felt the need to update the thread one more time.

I had texted her earlier, and hadn't received one back. I just received it. It turns out that there was a reason she didn't actively pursue dancing or anything. She had to stay in bed today with the flu. SHe cant text, but i sent "I hope you feel better" back to her anyways.

That almost makes up for the no dancing and no hug thing (Now that i mention it she was really tired too).

I guess i should also say that at prom (I hate talking about this part) the all time low was when we ran into some guy she knew. Some how the words "When i kissed you" got brought up. I didn't say anything about it or do anything, but i felt like i just got punched in the stomach. I know i shouldn't feel that way since we aren't going out, but everytime i think about it i get pissed. Today driving i, for some God unknown reason remembered it and floored (Made the tires chirp).

I seriously wish girls would just come out and tell you everything. Ah well 🙂

Lol no. Her Dad actually took pictures with a film camera (He has a huge setup with the umbrella things and everything). My Dad is the only one with digital pics. Ill see about getting some pics up.

Yeah lol, it just hit me kind of hard when i heard it.

Car didn't skid at all the tires just chirped off the line and then i let off before i shifted into second. Inexcusable on my part.

I dont know why this is affecting me that much; it will lessen in time i expect.

Edit: As for the pics, I want to post one of us together, but i dont think it would be appropriate to have her picture on the internet (Remember she is a 16 year old). I can post one of just me though.
 
I can respect you not posting a picture of her because it is somewhat inappropriate without her consent. However, it's not because she's sixteen, there is no logical reason that it would suddenly become acceptable to post a picture of her once she is eighteen.

Hell, as long as she's not naked, she could be 10 and it wouldn't even matter.

Sarcasm kills 🙂 . I wish i new what "I dont want a BF right now meant in girl talk". WIth this girl, she is always honest (Sometimes brutally, though i have never had to experience most of that) so maybe that means just that. Whatever it means, i have to give it time.

I know what you mean man. ****** your handling it better than I did. I just drank. By myself. Yea don't ever do that. ****** I ****** my self up badly. At one point I threw my iPod out of my room window (2nd story) then I jumped out after it. And sat on my lawn. Yea...don't ask. Honestly I think no matter how much it hurts, the best thing is to get over her and take her as a friend.

It feels wrong lol, but im actual kind of relieved that she has the flu. That way i know that she just wasn't feeling good.

The only thing left that is really haunting me is the damn conversation...

You are obsessing over this whole thing which means you are never going to be with her. Obsessing shows that you are insecure and needy.
 
Well it was my senior prom. Im not obsessing, it is just still in my mind.

I might end up telling her my thoughts on the night sometime in the future. Maybe something will come of it then.

Until that time, i have to put that conversation out of my mind, and stop being insecure (Especially since im not dating her).

11pm? Yeah, her parents are pretty strict. I believe we stayed out until 3 or 4am for Junior Prom, and we had a Hotel Room for Senior Prom.
 
Well i found out a little more. My parents were talking to her parents (You can imagine how afraid i was) Her mom said:
She wasn't feeling too well all night (Shes not doing well at all today, home with the flu still) but she didn't want to miss going to prom with me 🙂
She was worried that i was upset we didn't dance and stuff. While i was, i can completely understand why.
This was her first SERIOUS date, and apparently (from her mom) she really likes me 🙂 🙂
She wanted to go to after prom and stay out late with me but she just wasn't feeling good.

I told my parents that i wanted, more than anything that night, for her to have a great time. I had to leave after that but i seriously hope they conveyed that to her mom in some way shape or form; if she had a good time then I had a good time 🙂

Before he posted back i hadn't posted in 2.5 hours. Before that i posted once in like 8 hours.
