ProMedia 5.1 Problem...again

A few days ago I posted a thread about my 5.1's making this weird smell when the volume was loud. Now they are cutting out all the time even when the volume isnt loud. Does anyone know what could be causing this?
 
You need to E-mail the Klipsch ProMedia contact (her name is Amy). You, obviously, have one of the many defective sets.
