I avoid SVC now, after they shipped me an order that was missing a few peices, and refused to make it right.

I don't recall having any problems with SVC and their RR still is pretty high. I'd suggest if you don't get satisfactory service one way, then post a less than perfect rating at RR. They seem to respond to those positively.
