Man, this game is HARD!

So many zombies and they see and hear you so easily, even when sneaking. Last game couldn't find any decent weapons for awhile, had to keep using butter knives and spoons, lol.

The zombies are really strong too plus it doesn't take much to wear your character out. Forget it if you get mobbed and don't even think about using guns - brings every zombie in the map to you.

For a split second I read the thread title as "Project Zoidberg". Despite having never heard of nor seen this game before, I am now convinced that it needs a mod to turn all zombies into zombie Zoidbergs.

I bought this because it was on sale on steam for not much money. Honestly, I shouldn't have...I just could get into the isometric perspective, especially since has first person like vision limitations (things behind you become invisible). I like the idea but I prefer my games first person or at least third person, and with the available 3D game engines out there coupled with improved integrated graphics I don't any reason even an indie game feels they can't use them.

did they ever add multiplayer to this game? i remember when they announced the game that was one of their goals for the future.

I played the alpha and it was pretty funny because i put a pot of soup cooking on the stove. Went upstairs to tend to my wife and then the house caught on fire.

I believe I saw a mention of multiplayer arriving soon.
Isn't this the game that a ton of progress was lost when someone stole the developers back HD?

The game has been in development for years. I have been following it for maybe 6-7 years, and I think it was in development before that. I sincerely doubt the developers will ever finish this game.

That said, what is there is enough to play. I am sad that they removed the tutorial with Bald Spot and your wife. That was one of the more interesting parts of the game.

It's one of the safer Early Access pickups. As it is, the game is very playable. The developers give weekly news updates and have regular beta tests of future versions.

It sounds like the Kate and BaldSpot tutorial will return when they get NPCs working.
