[*]Lots of Tee's and all those nice things
[*]Temprite 300 Series Un-Floated Oil Separator
[*]Bunch of filters, strainers, Misc
[*]5' Braided Flexible line with Runmc Stepper Evap
[*].031"/8mm Capillary Line
[*]Idle/Load Bypass via Hand Valve
[*]Neoprene, armaflex, and possibly pour foam insulation
[*]R11, R22, and R23 when I muster $500

Here's diagram minus expansion tank, filters, and a few other things.


And here's the first heat exchanger (took only 10 minutes or so to build and coil!)
Dimensions of HX are 10" tall, 5.25" wide. Only 1.5" tall as well!
Nice and small, phase sep will most likely be inside of it before I apply insulation.

Sorta layout, at least with HX standing in front of condenser with phase sep in the middle. The accumulator/expansion tank with hand valve will go on top of the condenser though.

I'm also going to try and get some butane or isobutane, so that I can do some experimentation with r600/a, r290, and co2 while I save for the r23 and regulator.

HX on the left (well either might be HX), nicely spiraled up almost, bit of a trick with the pipe bender when you got 3/16" inside. But I got it!

Another picture;
Going to put an MDF shroud on the condenser, that will go around the front with fan hole, and a top peice. Hand valve into the top peice, accumulator down the side which will mostly act as a PRESSURE REDUCING tank for the high side during startup and idle. Then will feed via capillary back into suction.
Out of condenser, up and through one filter, into the first HX, into phase sep, liquid to stainer then capillary, then gas to hx, to strainer to capillary to evap, suction from evap down the very front. Should be nice, neat, compact, and powerfull!
The suction by the way will go out of compressor, T for a access valve and expansion tank, then into back hx, the hxs arc together, then up to the evap.

Piped and plumbing is getting done. You can see the idle/load valve with bypass linked to the expansion tank.
Here's some pics, its all loose and not brazed so it was a bit hard to get it all to stand still!

I think i can handle it, but i don't think my budget can. But then again not like it matters, this unit is my free gift for being your 100th customer!!

If you cant afford it, Im scared to know the pricetag on this baby.

Personally im waiting for the days when i can bust out the TEC's. Or a chilled loop system might be in my next project.

With -90C or colder cascade systems running around $1350-1500 as of late, this unit will land in the $900-1100 zone (and that's sellign it low!) The gases alone here are costing me $500.
