Project: Compilation of Proofs that 0.9999....=1

So I'm dumbfunded that there's people with a high school degree that still think 0.9999 does'nt equal 1. This thread's purpose is to present as many proofs as possible that 0.9999=1 in a easy manner (i.e. latex).

I can maintain the current compilation, but my latex skills seriously suck ass, so I'd suggest someone else to take over.

I'm hosting what I've written so far on a slow ass 256 up connection, so it'd be great if someone else can host this minscule pdf file.

Proof

These files are released into the public domain, by me.

The simplest proof is to suggest a number that is greater than .999 repeating and less than 1 exists. Such a number will inherently be one or the other, proof by contradiction.

That is the first proof as described in the pdf.
