After the destruction of my previous and Brand New Lian Li PC-7FB that I had just finished Modding, I readjusted my anger and proceeded on to my next task...shelling out for yet another new case.

This time I went with my original want and picked up a Lian Li PC-A70B. This has ample room for my cpu loop and soon to be VC loop.

I have completed the lower mod and will use it until I move on to stage two, at which time the lower rad will be used for the GTX's and the upper rad will be used for the chip, MOSFET, VR, and NB blocks...but to date I have only been able to track down the MOSFET and VR Blocks.

This is where aigomorla is going to step in and say he has the only blocks on the planet :)...but I have received a new delivery date of late April for the Bitspower P6T full NB rig which looks really sweet. Just have to wait, and frankly that's good cause I'm broke and the wife is really pissed at me...(no sex for some time)...

Anyway, thanks to all (aigomorla big time), pctc2, WoodButcher, thilan29, daw123, and of course LOUISSSSS....I ended up with the following parts:

Koolance 350 CPU Block
Swiftech 350 Pump Sittin on some Petra Gel
XSPC Top
Swiftech MicroRes v2
TFC (Feser) 120 Dual (Lower Loop for GPU's)
Yate Loon 120SL's
Bitspower 3/8" Ultimate Compression Fittings
Tygon RG-306 3/8 - 1/2" Tube

Pics:

The Mess...Right before the accident
Inside lower loop up and running
Testing 3.2Ghz thru 3.8Ghz

Edit
Stay Tuned...I'm sure I'm gonna screw something up soon, and I'll also be putting all my extra bitspower (fatboy) fittings up for sale!!!

noticed you had 2 stress testing programs open at the same time, you're not supposed to stress test with 2 diff programs at once. they only delays instructions and one steals cpu cycles from the other.

otherwise, nice setup so far!

No he's not. LinX is done in the pictures and he's stressing with Prime while screenshotting.

But nice mod this time. Nice and clean.

PCTC2 is right...the ILP is done and I just left it open for a screen shot. The one I don't have in there is 3.4Ghz, and that is where I'm sitting right now.

I'm just itchin to get the remaining pieces...I hate waiting...

I don't know about your cards, but 0% APR seems like a sweet deal. Maybe I'll do that! (except the P6T is only SLI. That means I need an eVGA X58 Classified...)

Dropped? What happened?

I've experienced this more than once and now never leave anything before tying it down.

Make things short, tweakin should of finished this project a LONG time ago. While he was moding his LL case, it was naked. Frame only, so you know how light it is.

Then God, decided to blow on the case.
The case tumbled over and went SPLAT on the asphalt and dinged it unrepairable.

And ruby dude your on a boat, that has a ton of wind... so much wind you can actually piss on yourself from a 90 degree angle frontwards.

Yep...Aigomorla summed it up correctly...working on my deck and a just of wind came by and literly picked it up and tossed it off my second story deck. I knew that case was lite, but I was refitting my dremmel at the time.

By the way...that is one sexy P6T...and I wish those water blocks were mine...

Wow that bites. :(

Ship not boat - write that 100x please! :p
And I don't need any wind for that - I can't pee like you can. ;)

In bad weather I've had cases get broken apart real nice. Dell Vostro's? Might as well make them out of tinfoil! Right panel is RIVETED to the frame so no way to bang the big dent out from it falling over. Lost a stick of DDR2 and the hard drive is completely gone. But it's a Dell and losing one of those is like a foul ball at the park - the ump just tosses another (ball) back to the pitcher!

Thanks...here are some more pics:

Dozer...My Black Water Project
Dozer...Front View
Tank...Identical Case as my first project with my Q9650
Tank...Front View

All in all, I think the PC-7fb is a much nicer case...smaller and the fit is much better then my big rig.

I also added some Petra Jell below the pump and that really slurped up the noise...Highly recommend.

edit for many spelling errors...

I don't think I'll have a problem with the extra 2ounces of water now...that should keep it steady.
