The Combined Comunity Codec Pack, a package containing a open source or free video decoding programs (ffdshow, hali media spliter, WMV9VCM, Gabest's MPV (MPEG2) Decoder), a subtitle program (vs filter) and two media players (Media Player Classic, and Zoomplayer free).

it started as a pack specifically for anime fansubs encodes, but now it can handle a bunch of different video and audio formats, all in a package smaller and cleaner than K-Lite, and completely free of warez, malware, or problems.
