programs to test ram, cpu, harddrive?

My new system is getting corrupt files after a few hours of usage. I've formatted and reinstalled windows XP multiple times. It happens on different harddrives. I'm beginning to suspect that it's my ram. Are there any good programs out there to test whether my ram is defective or not?

Thanks for the suggestions! I ran two passes and my ram seemed ok, I'll probably do a longer test overnight. Can anyone suggest a program that will test my cpu or harddrive? Thanks.

You got a purty good power supply? Hehe.....my Dad couldn't figger out why his BIOS kept losing some of his drives on bootup? Power supply, Dad!!!!
