Programs to get out of iPhone 4s recovery mode?

Are there any tools/programs/aps to help get a iPhone 4s out of recovery mode?

I tried ReiBoot with no success.

I tried using iTunes to restore but I get error code 1 which seems to be hardware based.

Any suggestions?

I think it's a hardware error. I am no sure. Last year, I met the same problem. I get an iPhone out of recovery mode by some recovery tool.

Yeah from what I read it's some kind of Baseband (IMEI) corruption error.

Found some other tools and tried to restore it to older firmware. Gave up after 10 tries

I had that code trying to update a 6, noticed it was pretty hot, allowed it to cool down and then put it on top of a ziplock bag full of ice and was able to recover it.
