hey there all,

i just got my 2005fpw and i've read about dead pixel checkers and backlight testers and i havent been able to find them on my own.

also wondering where to get info on adjusting the dvi settings that anandtech talks about when they tested to see if the signal was accurate.

I cant help you with any of the above since Ive lost my dead pixel detector but I do have a suggestion for you.

Google up Cleartype. It can help set up your fonts so they are easier to read on LCD. Definately worth trying out but its not to everyones taste.
