Programs that turn your comp off at a set time?

I want to leave my comp on to download something..but want it to turn off after it's done so as to not waste too much electricity. What should I use?

I can't find it for download but I use to use Shade99. Is freeware so I can send you a copy.

Use Getright; it has an option to automatically shut down after downloads are complete. Otherwise, use Task Scheduler. What OS are you using? If WinXP, go to the command line, type in shutdown /? for a list of arguements; schedule the PC to run the appropriate commands.
Win9x also has a command line to run - C:\Windows\Rundll.exe user.exe,exitwindows

If you use Getright as a download manager, you get set it to shut down the computer when the download´s done, or just disconnect from the net. V. handy feature;
