Programs that stop others from starting?

I have rundll32.exe and userinit.exe starting with my computer, yet they aren't in the registry start up folders or in msconfig. I do not believe I've ever had them start up until I got this wierd spyware/trojan or something... I'll get random pop-ups from no where, not touching anything, and these pop ups will install things behind my back without me knowing.

Anyway, is there a program that I can use to get these two to stop starting with the computer?

I can't stand whatever this is, Jessica used my computer for about a week while I was gone, and I can *not* get rid of this, using adaware, spy sweeper, spybot, it's hopeless...And I don't want to format, that's a no-no for right now. But it looks like that's going to be my only choice...

And whatever it is, it also makes IE not able to fully maximize...it sort of pushes it down an inch on top of the screen, putting the bottom of IE under the start bar..

Yeah, but in the rundll32.exe, there are programs that it runs that aren't supposed to, i checked the log.

I ran virus scanner and it found BYTEVER or something....

But to no avail, I still get random pop ups for no reason...

Download a free prog called winpatrol. You can tailor your startup but it alerts you to hidden background changes. I've never gotten any malware since using it.
