ATiTool .26 hung on installation the 1st time, then said it had an unsigned low-level driver that couldn't be used.

Anyone have another lightweight program that monitors GPU temps and can stress test/check for artifacts that works in 7? An overclocking feature would be a bonus as I don't see the option in nVidia's W7 version of their control panel. oOo That reminds me...nVidia's control panel has been glitchy for me; loading slowly and even locking up. Not exactly uncommon stuff for nVidia drivers, but it's been worse in 7 than XP.

On the HP all in one wireless, you can add it thru add printer, but no scan features, just print.
Some online banking does not like W7 browser. Says its outdated and online banking will not allow access.

BTW, I downloaded the norton beta N360. New to norton. Having more trouble with that than W7. Nortion really slowed down things A LOT. Now W7 is acting more like vista.

Have you tried setting IE8's compatibility mode on in those said banking sites, it sounds like they've hard coded version numbers in their code. tsk tsk tsk!

Weird, running fine on my core duo lappy with 2 gb ram. Anyone else notice volume control is kinda fubar'ed. To mute all sounds I had to manually mute windows sounds in the mixer, then mute the speakers, and also disable the windows startup sound checkbox.

my gripe to that effect is that i'm getting no on-screen volume indication when using controls on my keyboard, like i did in XP.

CleanMyPc Registry cleaner hoses the registry. I had to use system restore to get my system back. Needless to say I immediately uninstalled. It worked fine with Vista 64.

Wasn't it a bad idea to use a program that alters your registry when the program doesn't understand the OS its on?

Don't install Powerstrip(latest version) when you reboot pc after installation you get a wonderful scrambled screen,I went into safe mode uninstalled Powerstrip and it was still scrambled after reboot, anyway restore to last known good configuration fixed the problem.

the Cisco VPN client didn't work for me, it was the version for Vista. It's probably because i'm using 64 bit W7

I used the full installer file, which I normally do and it was fine.

How did you get Adobe Reader to install? I tried installing Adobe Reader 9 straight from their website and it wouldn't install. Each time I selected a different compatibility setting, it gave me a different error.

Registry cleaners are one of the biggest scams in the Windows ecosystem. They do more harm than good and do not speed up a PC.

I installed CS4 on win7 64 bit. It declared an error, yet so far it functions flawlessly. Exciting, huh! I may never know what isn't working until......just when it matters!

UT2004 has some audio issues on Windows 7 x64 with an PCI-E X-Fi card. Sound starts muffled a bit until you switch to something different in the menus, then comes back muffled again and again. - Oh well, old game now.

The Following items seem to work just fine:

Crysis x64
Office 2007
Adobe Acrobat 9 Standard
FireFox /w AdBlock Plus
HDTune
Razor DeathAdder (1800 dpi model)
ESET NOD32 v4.0 AV
Picasa 3.5
