Programs not compatible with case sensitive HFS??

I was trying to install a demo of Photoshop today and it said the filesystem wasn't supported. It appears it doesn't like Case-Sensitive Journaled HFS.

What are the pros and cons of case sensitive journaling vs non case sensitive?
 
Pros: It's more compatible with the Unix way of doing things
Cons: It's a PITA because being case sensitive makes no sense, so no one supports it.
