programs for monitoring temperture?

What are some good programs where i can monitor the temperture of my pc? I slightly overclocked my 3200+ i just want to know if i can push it abit more. Thanks

Everest is another good prog, not only will it monitor temps it will tell u more about ur comp than u prolly ever need to know
