Alright I'v had this problem with xp everysince I switched over from 98 se. When I'm opening stuff like listening to mp3s and I imidiatly minimize winamp for some reason the winamp progam will start flashing on the start bar. Or when I'm chating on AIM and I minimize the chat window it will start flashing when a new message some up and will leave the start bar up blocking other things that I'm looking at like my browser or other stuff. Anyone know how to fix this its driving me insane and I can't figure out how to fix it. Is there a reg edit that will fix it or can I hack the start bar some how to fix it. I did a search and nothing came up.
 
That's a feature in windows. All it is doing is alerting you to the fact that that window requires your attention. Put up with it.
 
You know I'd like to know how to disable that myself. Unfortunately I haven't been able to find a way and TweakUI has nothing in it.
