His brother called him a good systems admin, which means that he must have employment and presumably is of the age of at least 18, and yet in this thread he acted like a "my dad can beat up your dad"-11 year old.

I've never seen someone act as childish as ausm. I am not sure if it is because he is terribly insecure or if he actually is that arrogant. Either way, he certainly doesn't act like an adult, and I would be hard pressed to believe anyone would employ him. Most employers want to get a job done, but they also want their employees to be house broken. I honestly believe that ausm pisses on his office floor while at work. After all, he surely has minions to lick it up for him or his brother dispatches Linus Torvalds to do it instead. Finally, I've had some toasty flame wars over PM, but they have never been as simple minded or degenerate as the ones you send, ausm. You are not supposed to wish death on someone(for the most part), but if there was ever someone I wished it upon, you ausm, would be the leading candidate.

I have yet to understand how your brother's degree/credentials would make his solution correct. I wasn't aware that having a degree in what he does would give you an end all understand of crystal reports. Isn't that a bit superfluous?
