Programing for Gamecube

The GameCube utilizes modified DVD drive and media - it reads from the outside of the disc first.
How could I modify my DVD-ROM/CD-RW drive so that I would be able to read these discs and write some sort of GameCube-compatible CD's? (that would be difficult)
I'm not familiar with how the DVD format works on a microscopic/software level.
Or would output from my GameCube be more practical?

I'm looking not to spend too much on dev kits, as I just want to make demos for now. Are there any free programming docs available?

I also need to make an RF to RCA adapter (which should be relatively easy)

Hmm I am not sure. There is a programming kit of sorts that will allow you to program many different langues and then it will port to the langue nintendo uses. Although supposedly the new langue nintendo uses is very easy.

I will look around for you I seem to have seen something somewhere. I can't promise anything.
