Program to tell me the size of Subfolders?

Howdy,

I know I'f seen things like this before but can't remember any of their names.

I'm trying to weed out my hard drive and I want a program that will give me a listing like Windows Explorer but will tell me the sizes of all the folders and their contents so I can tell at a glance if one certain folder is taking up all the space. I'd also want full control to actually go and delete things, move into folders and get a listing of the next level and things like that.

Definitely looking for freeware/shareware since it's ust a one time thing for me.

Can anyone recommend something good?
