Program to shut down internet connection?

I use banwidth monitor pro to monitor my daily bandwidth usage and it has the option to run a program once I reach a certain usage per day. What I want to do is tell it to run a program once my usage reaches 1.5 gigs per day and that program will shut down my internet connection until I manually turn it back on again. Any ideas? For the time being I just tell it to reboot my computer once it reach the max.

Thanks.

Ah, duh, just create a .bat file with "Ipconfig /release." No more internet until I run renew. I figured it would be something easy.
