Program to rename MP3s

I'm looking for a program that can access a cddb database and rename mp3s based on the information that is already in the id3 tag. For example if I had:
Song name: Even in death
Group: Evanescence
Album: ???
Genre: ???

it would fill in the appropriate fields(or give me a list of the closest matches). Does anyone know of a program that will do this?

I don't think there is one. However, it would be just as quick to select the track from an album stored in a cddb and update all of the information which would overwrite any tags that were already completed. I forget the name but there is a piece of software you can get that updates from the internet. I will see if I can find it, you never know it may help, it may not. ;)

[edit]

Plenty here but not what I was looking for. I will post the name of it when I get home tonight.

Be careful with MusicBrainz, it "recognised" about a quarter of my files wrong, and renamed/retagged them all wrong. Luckily they're still sorted in artist folders, but everything below artist level got screwed up.

In the future i'm gonna either tag everything right when i rip it, or do it all manually.
