Program to log user actions?

I wanted to see if anyone knew of a program, thats free, that would log a users actions. I am reformatting a computer for a friend and they have a young teenager who goes to sites he is not supposed to. My friend wants to be able to track what he is doing and check out a log file when he gets time to check it. Thanks for the help.
 
Net nanny or something like that. A friend of mine asked me the same thing a year or so and I found that for him.
 
First, define exactly what you want to audit. Just websites visited? Everything the user does? What?

You can't find a solution until you define the problem.
