Program to launch programs at startup

Is there a program that will launch certain programs at startup? I have done some searching but can't really find anything. There was one called startup launcher but it was about 6 years ago.

Why not just put the program in your startup folder?

Or add a Scheduled Task to start at System Startup?

I have tried this but didn't work.

Documents & Settings > Username > Start Menu > Programs > Startup - File > New > Shortcut. Browse to the .exe file you want to run and follow the wizard through.

I have tried Scheduled Task but it always asks for a password which I have never set. So when I leave it blank, it doesn't run the scheduled task.
