I have acquired 5 pieces of rental property and am looking for a nice program that will help me keep the income and expenses of every unit separate. Then at the end of the year be able to print a summery and start a new set of book for the next tax year. It also needs to be scalable because I plan on buying several more units over the next ten or so years.

I would also like to see categories of expenses (ie) I spent a total of 4700 on plumbing last year....or what ever.

Thanks

I was afraid you would say that. I hate Excel!! I was hoping there was a more specific program out there.

Use Access if you are afraid of Excel.

You do not need a special program, just some type of electronic filing mechanism.

You could acutally do this using Money or Quicken if you chose to.
