Program to identify 6800 RAM?

Is there a program that can tell me the specifications of my card? Such as what kind of RAM it uses, etc. I have an Asus 6800NU clocked at 400/800 that's stable as a rock! I heard Asus uses a 10 layer PCB, or maybe I got the 1.6 Hynix ram?

i believe there's no such program. btw, if your asus comes with a 1.6ns ram, it would be probably clocked at 1100MHz instead of 800. most 6800nu comes with 2.8ns ram. a few other card makers like gainward uses 2.5ns in golden sample, while bfg uses 2.2ns
