Program to hide taskbar on per application basis?

I was using MediaPortal and noticed in its settings it had an option to completely hide the taskbar while being used (and I mean completely hide, not the stupid native auto-hide that leaves a strip visible along the top). I thought this was a very handy feature and have other programs where I wish I could just hide the taskbar temporarily.

Is there a third-party app that hides the taskbar based on what program is open? I'm using WIn 7, 32-bit, btw.
