Program to Convert WMA to MP3?

I heard there is a program called something bite or other. I dont know the full name but it has the word 'bite' at the end of it. Not sure if it is freeware or not either.

well sure u can always recompress anything that can be decompressed and played...
but its not a perfect copy.

Is this wma lossless? Just curious 'cause I assume you already know that going lossy --> lossy = worse lossy
