program to combind video files?

My neighbor has a video camera that uses those small DVD disc's. He's not very computer literate and is looking for an easy way to burn both sides of the dvd onto 1 regular dvd. I thought about it and have no suggestions for him. He just needs a simply way to combind the video from both sides of the camera's disc into 1 so he doesn't have to use 2 DVD's every time he wants to burn all 60 minutes of video.
