Program to change icons ?

Any software available to change icons ? Free would be nice 😉

I'm sure there is some free icon ware around, but the best of all is Microangelo.

BTW, if all you want to do is change icons, XP will do that. All you need is the stock of icons.

I think I need to change my jpeg's to .ico's

If it's for folders you can use Folderico It's free.

If it's for other stuff, you do need to the .ico extension.
