Program to automatically sync two files/folders on same pc

I've researched this a lot, and I've found lots of file sync programs (I use syncback), but I can't find one that will automatically sync two files/folders across the same pc. This would probably have to be a program that's runs on startup or is always open, which is ok as long as it's not to big.

Any suggestions?

Thanks, I forgot to mention that it hopefully will be free in price and in spyware. Anybody have any exp with any such program?

MS Office 2007 has the Groove folder sync feature.

you know, I looked at those, but for some reason I missed number two on that list all way sync. This is actually a very powerful program. It does exactly what I was looking for. It's somewhat cumbersome to use if you want to only sync a couple of file in a large folder..you have to setup filters to single them out. But once you get it working it's great. Runs in the background with nothing further needed.
