Program to analyze the structure of a website...

I am looking for a program that will analyze a given webpage and provide for me a visual representation of all the links within the site. It would show what links points where and have the ability to make notes on each node (html page).

Has anyone seen anything like this ?

I just had a website dropped in my lap and would like an automated means of gathering all of the content / structure without manually hitting each part of the site.

Ah.... I've used a program EXACTLY like what you describe when I was doing some dev work in a previous job, it wasn't free, and I can't for the life of me remember the name.

I'll try and dig up what I can, but it was a couple years ago.
