Program that records IM convo's?

Hey guys, looking this up for the guy I rent from. He has a 13 year old daughter that he has joint custody of and thinks something is going on in IMs, she uses MSN if that helps.

Would really apprieate the help, he's really a nice guy and needs some help.

Oh and if it can run without her knowing about it, that would be helpful. He's just really concerned because of a few things that have happened recently.

Free trial would help, just wants to make sure nothing is going on, so only needs it for a few days.

that ghost IM program.. or something like that, which used to be popular logged all IMs in folders for each person.

Haven't tested out the feature, but Trillian 3.0 has the feature to log every text, voice & video chat. Since it works 100% with MSN maybe he can install it and try it out? I'm kinda interested in logging a video or audio chat with it myself, so I can see how it turns out.

keystroke logger would help but it would not grab the incoming IMs. You would be able to get the idea of the conversation though. As well as usernames/passwords for e-mail accounts, etc...

Did a quick search and found a few programs that are "free to try, buy for XXX".

Anyhow, there were a few different ones at this site:
PopularShareware.com Search word=msn

msn sniffer 1.0
EtherBoss MSN Monitor & Sniffer 1.0
MSN Track Monitor V3.5 3.5
MSN Chat Monitor 3.0
MSN Monitor & Sniffer 2.5.37
and so-on

I haven't tried any of these personally.
