program that monitors temps in games

does anyone know of a good program that i can use to see my temps in games?? cpu would be enough, but if i could see my gpu temps that would be cool too.

nTune has an option to log temps to a file. Then you could see how high your temps got on the GPU (Nvidia)
Motherboard monitor can also write out to a file and will keep track of your high and low CPU temps.

but there isnt anything that will pop up on screen in games then?

Get a simple temp monitoring program like CPUcool, bring up your display settings (if you have nVidia) and set it for temp monitoring, then buy a second monitor and put all the in there
