Program that lets you edit music files (ogg and mp3)

I tried searching under "edit music," "edit mp3," "edit ogg," "edit wav," and "edit music"... though my searching skills are subpar.

a lot of programs allom you to edit those, such as: CoolEdit, Sound Forge, WaveLab, ProTools-FREE, etc.

Try Audacity, its like an open source (and free!) equivilent of CoolEdit. I'm sure it can handle OGGs natively, if not there will surely be a plugin for it.
